Abstract：Since 2012 traditional Chinese medicine prevention and health care has carried out with serving the region′s 170 million people based on integrative public health service mode with traditional Chinese and western medicine in Pudong new area.This paper introduced integrative public health sevice mode with traditional Chinese and western medicine in Pudong new area in the aspect of the organizational structure，documents making responsibilities clearness，talents cultivation，the implementation of protection，scientific research and effect evaluation，and apply this model to carrying out the services project，training programs，health records.Regional integrative public health sevice mode with traditional Chinese and western medicine and the mode of traditional Chinese medicine preventive health service standardization training for non Chinese medicine practitioners is the key to carry out traditional Chinese medicine prevention and health care，funds matching mechanism and authentication mechanism provides an important guarantee.
