保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌的效果分析

摘要目的探讨保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌的效果，为临床提供参考依据。方法选取2013年3月～2014年3月我院收治的100例早期乳腺癌患者为研究对象，按照信封抽取法分为实验组和对照组，每组各50例。对照组给予改良根治术治疗，实验组给予保乳手术治疗，并在治疗结束后，对比分析两组的外观优良率、1年复发率、手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间、生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果实验组的外观优良率为94.00%（47/ 50），对照组80.00%（40/50），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组的1年复发率和并发症发生率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组的手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组的生活质量评分为（89.09±10.32）分，对照组（70.98±10.36）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌具有创伤小、并发症少、预后效果好的优点。与改良根治术相较，可明显降低早期乳腺癌的复发率，提高患者的生活质量，且外观优良率较高，具有较好的美容效果，值得在临床中推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of breast-conserving surgery in treatment of early stage breast cancer，in order to provide a reference basis for clinic.M ethods From March 2013 to March 2014，100 cases with early stage breast cancer in our hospital were selected as research subjects，and by the envelope extraction method was divided into experimental group and control group，with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were givenmodified radical operation，while patients in the experimental group was given breast-conserving surgery，after treatment，good rate of appearance，1 year recurrence rate，operation time，intraoperative blood loss，incision length，length of hospital stay，score of life quality and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results good rate of appearance in the experimental group was 94.00%（47/50），with 80.00%（40/50）in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）；1 year recurrence rate and incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group respectively（P＜0.05）；Operation time，intraoperative blood loss，incision length，length of hospital stay in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group respectively（P＜0.05）；Score of life quality in the experimental group and in the control group was（89.09+10.32）scores，（70.98+10.36）scores respectively，the difference was statiscally significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion breast-conserving surgery in treatment of early stage breast cancer has advantages of small trauma，less complications and good prognosis，compared withmodified radical operation，which can decrease recurrence rate and improve life quality of early stage breast cancer，and has higher good rate of appearance and good cosmetic effect，so that it isworth being popularized in clinical practice application.
