Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical significance of homocysteine and high sensitive C reactive protein in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 94 patients with acute myocardial infarction that diagnosed in our internal medicine-cardiovascular department from September 2015 to January 2016 of were collected as study object(research group).94 healthy adults at the same time were selected as control group.Patients in the research group were given PCI treatment. The levels of homocysteine and high sensitive C reactive protein were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and scatter immunoassay. The levels of homocysteine and high sensitive C reactive protein were compared before and after treatment in the research group. Results The level of homocysteine and C reactive protein in research group was respectively(53.86±10.60)μmol/L and (47.52±27.38)ng/ml,higher than (8.53±4.75)μmol/L and (2.41±1.93)ng/ml in control group respectively, with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the level of homocysteine and high sensitive C reactive protein in the research group were (10.38+5.45)mol/L,(7.15+3.14)ng/ml,lower than that of before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with acute myocardial infarction, the same type of homocysteine and high sensitive C reactive protein in different degrees of rise, clinically can be detected by measuring the content of these two substances indirectly suggest that patients with myocardial infarction.
