Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of individualized nursing intervention in treating colpitismycotica.Methods Clinical data of 70 colpitismycotica patientsaccepted treatment from June 2014 to June 2015 of our hospitalwere retrospective analyzed.Patientswere random divided into control group and observation group，and each group was 35 cases.Patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention，and patients in observation group were given individualized nursing intervention.The effective rate，the incidence rate of adverse effects and nursing satisfaction in two groups were compared.Results The effective rate in control group and observation group were respectively 71.4%and 94.3%，the incidence rate of adverse effectswere respectively20.0%and 5.7%，the recurrence rate were respectively25.7%and 5.7%，nursing satisfaction were respectively 82.9%and 97.1%，with statistical significance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The effects of using individualized nursing intervention in colpitis mycotica patients are more obvious，which can decrease recurrence rate and can be application in clinical.
