Abstract：Objective To analyze the drug using of outpatient chronic gastritis，and to provide theoretical basis for clinical norms and rational use.M ethods 3476 electronic prescription of outpatient chronic gastritis patients from August 2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Table statisticswas used for the drugs that used in the prescription.Using frequency，counting and defined daily dose system of drugswere listed and were sorted to compare and analyze.Results Chronic gastritis patients are concentrated in the age of 20～60 years old；Proton pump inhibitors were the main drug for chronic gastritis，the largest DDDs value was lansoprazole and antibiotics were mainly of clarithromycin. Conclusion Clearly grasping the drug use status quo of chronic gastritis，whch can provide guidance formore rational and standardized use of therapeutic drugs in clinical in the future.
