Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation treating chronic gastritis.Methods 100 patients with chronic gastritis treated in our hospital from March,19 2016 to March 19,2017 were selected and they were divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50).The control group was treated with Teprenone Capsules and the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation therapy.Clinical effect between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate (98.00%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (66.00%),the score of the intestinal metaplasia score [(0.22±0.13) points],dysplasia score [(1.51±0.37) points],glandular atrophy score [(1.65±0.74) points],and the incidence rate of complications (2.00%) were higher than those of control group [(1.71±0.85) points,(2.41±1.63) points,(2.52±1.34) points,22.00%] (P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation treating chronic gastritis has a significant effect and high safety.
