Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose gentamicin intratympanic for Meniere′disease with hearing and psychological. Methods 80 caseswith Meniere′disease vertigo from June 2011 to March 2015 in our hospitalwere randomly divided into two group，each 40 cases.The observation group were implemented intratympanic gentamicin，the control group were implemented with conservative treatment，such as the use of chlorpromazine，sulfa vinegar azole，methimazole and B vitamins，than hearing threshold change before and after treatmentwere compared and vertigo，tinnitus and hearing improvement symptoms and changes in anxiety and depression scores were statisticed.Results The intervention group with audiometry thresholdswere significantly lower than that of before（P＜0.05），and after the intervention in the observation group with audiometry threshold was lower than that of control group（P＜0.05）.The ratio of vertigo improvement in the observation group was higher than thatof control group （P＜0.05），and improvement of hearing and tinnitus improvementwas significantly higher than that of control group respectively（P＜0.01）.The intervention of anxiety and depression scoreswas significantly lower than that of control group respectively（P＜0.01）.Conclusion Intratympanic gentamicin can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of Meniere′disease with vertigo，and the hearing threshold can be reduced，so it can improve patient coping skills.
