Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between abnormal blood glucose index and pregnancy outcome in pregnantwomen with gestational diabetesmellitus(GDM).M ethods 1200 pregnant women with GDM in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the observation group, who were divided into group A,group B,group C according to the different blood glucose levels, the fasting glucose of all subgroups was abnormal.420 cases of pregnant women combined normal blood sugar after 1 hour or 2 hours of taking glucose were selected as the observation group A,460 cases of pregnantwomen combined abnormal blood sugar after 1 hour or 2 hours of taking glucose were selected as the observation group B,320 cases of pregnant women combined abnormal blood sugar after 1 hour of taking glucose were selected as the observation group C.Another 1185 cases of pregnant women with normal blood sugar in our hospital physical examinated at the same period were selected as the control group, the pregnancy outcome in each group was compared. Results The labor rate of greater than gestational age and premature births, cesarean section rate and the incidence rate of total complication in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The all pregnancy outcome proportion of the observation group Bwas higher than that of the observation group A and C,with significant difference(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate of in the observation group C was 56.88%,which was higher than 29.76%in the observation group A,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain relationship between abnormal blood glucose index of GDM pregnantwomen and pregnancy outcome, the increase in the number of abnormal blood glucose in pregnantwomen can increase the probability of adverse pregnancy outcome.
