Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clinical nursing path in patientswith advanced schistosomiasis splenomegaly standardizedmanagement. Methods 52 patientswith giant spleen type advanced schistosomiasis from May 2012 to October 2015 as object of study，according to differentways of care，they were divided into two groups.The control group（26 cases）was given routine care，the observation group（26 cases）was given the application of clinical nursing path，clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The cost of hospitalization of patients in the observation group，bed time，exhaust time，length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of control group （P＜0.05）；postoperative complicationsofobserved group had 2 cases（7.69%）less than thatof controlgroup of9 cases（34.62%），and patient satisfaction of observation group was 100.00%，higher than 80.77%of control group，the difference was significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Application of clinical nursing path，the clinical efficacy of advanced schistosomiasis patients with splenomegaly has significantly improved，and significant reduction in complications，patient′satisfaction has improved significantly.
