阿托伐他汀联合丹红注射液治疗椎-基底动脉硬化致脑供血不足的效果观察

摘要目的分析阿托伐他汀联合丹红注射液治疗椎-基底动脉硬化致脑供血不足的临床效果。方法抽取2015年6月～2016年1月我院治疗的70例椎-基底动脉硬化致脑供血不足患者作为研究对象，按照计算机随机分组方案进行分组，分为常规组和实验组，各35例，常规组实施常规治疗，实验组在常规治疗的基础上实施阿托伐他汀联合丹红注射液治疗。分析比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率及左侧椎动脉、右侧椎动脉、基底动脉的最大血流速度。结果常规组的总有效率为77.14%，显著低于实验组的94.28%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组和常规组治疗后左侧椎动脉、右侧椎动脉、基底动脉最大血流速度比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀联合丹红注射液治疗椎-基底动脉硬化致脑供血不足具有十分显著的临床效果，可有效缓解患者头痛、眩晕、视物模糊等临床症状。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical effects of atorvastatin combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of cerebral ischemia caused by vertebral-basilar atherosclerosis.Methods Altogether 70 cases of patientswith cerebral ischemia caused by vertebral-basilar atherosclerosis who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2016 were selected as study object and divided into conventional group and experimental group in accordance with the computer randomly groupingmethod，with 35 cases in each group，patients in conventional group received conventional therapy，while patients in experimental group were administered with atorvastatin and Danhong injection based on the conventional therapy.The clinical efficacy，adverse reaction occurrence rate，as well as the peak blood flow velocity of left vertebral artery，right vertebral artery and basilar artery between two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total efficiency of conventional group was 77.14%，significantly lower than 94.28%of experimental group with a statistical difference　（P＜0.05）.And the peak blood flow velocity of left vertebral artery，right vertebral artery and basilar artery between two groups showed significant difference（P＜0.01）.Occurrence rate of adverse reaction between two groups was no significant difference（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with Danhong injection shows remarkable clinical efficacy in the treatment of cerebral ischemia caused by vertebral-basilar atherosclerosis，which can effectively relieve the patient′s headache，dizziness，blurred vision and other clinical symptoms.
