Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Lysine Inositol and Vitamin B12in the treatment of children with anorexia. Methods 83 children with anorexia in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 were selected and divided into the routine group (41 cases)and the experimental group (42 cases)according to the difference of treatment method. The routine group was treated with Zinc and Calcium Gluconate Tablets, the experimental group was treated with Lysine Inosite and Vitamin B12oral liquid on the basis of the routine group. The total effective rate, the levels of iron, calcium and zinc trace element and body weight of children before and after intervention in the two groupswas compared, the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was recorded. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group, with significant difference (P<0.01).The level of iron, calcium and zinc trace element after intervention in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group after intervention, with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of body weight after intervention in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group after intervention, with significant difference (P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions,no nausea and vomiting,no liver and kidney dysfunction or rash in the two groups. Conclusion Lysine Inositol and Vitamin B12has definite clinical effect in the treatment of children with anorexia, which can effectively improve the children′s appetite, improve the body trace element levels and nutrient levels, increase body weight, and has the advantages of high safety, less adverse reaction,it isworthy of clinical promotion and application.
