Abstract：Objective To observe the curative effect and attenuation of Lienal Polypeptide Injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of pancreatic cancer. Methods Sixty patients with pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in our department from January to December 2015，30 cases in each group，30 cases were treated with GP program program in the control group，another 30 cases were treated with Lienal Polypeptide Injection combined with GP in the experimental group.The efficacy，quality of life and adverse reaction of two groupswere observed.Results Improve rate of quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（60%vs 40%）（P＜0.05）.Adverse reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group（P＜0.05）.The curative effectwere not statistically significant（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Lienal Polypeptide Injection combined with GP program chemotherapy in the treatment of pancreatic cancer can significantly reduce chemotherapy bonemarrow suppression，clinical symptoms improve significantly，quality of life has improved significantly.
