Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gemcitabine or Vinorelbine combined with Cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer. Methods 80 patientswith non small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to treatmentmethod，patients in the observation group were given Vinorelbine combined with Cisplatin treatment，patients in the control group were given with Gemcitabine combined with Cisplatin treatment，clinical curative effect，occurrence of adverse reaction，symptom improvement and occurrence ofmyelosuppression were compared between two groups.Results Compared with the control group，total improvement rate and adverse reactions occurrence in the observation group had no significant difference（P＞0.05）.Score of hemoptysis，cough，fatigue and pain in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P＜0.01），occurrence ofmyelosuppression in the observation group was 30.0%，lower than 72.5%in control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.01）.Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with Cisplatin in the treatment of patientswith advanced non small cell lung cancer can get a good clinical effect，but the symptoms of Vinorelbine combined with Cisplatin in the treatment of patientswith advanced non small cell lung cancerwere significantly improved.
