Abstract:Objective To explore the relevance between pentraxin 3(PTX3)and the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease. Methods 60 cases of coronary heart disease (CHD)from July 2013 to December 2014 in our hospitalwere selected as the CHD groups. There were 20 cases in acutemyocardial infarction(AMI)group, stable angina pectoris(SAP)group and unstable angina pectoris(UAP)respectively,20 cases of healthy persons were selected as the control group.Compared hs-CRP,PTX3 levels and Genisin scores between the four groups, and carried out the risk factors for the recent prognosis of CHD by logistic regression analysis. Results In hs-CRP,PTX3,and Genisin score, the scores of CHD group were significantly higher than those of control group, and there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05).UAP group and AMIgroup compared with SAP group, the differences between groupswere statistically significant(P<0.05).In hs-CRP and PTX3,the differences between the AMIgroup and the UAP group were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the differenceswere statistically significant between the two groups in the Genisin score(P<0.05).LDL-C,hs-CRP and PTX3 made the influence factors of the recent prognosis of CHD.Conclusion The level of PTX in patientswith acute coronary syndrome were significantly increased, which can be used as the early diagnosis of acute coronary syndromeclinical indicators, can play a positive role in the assessment of prognosis in CHD patients.
