Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of non-invasive anodyne labor with Finecure instrument in the obstetrical department.Methods60 puerpera were delivered from September 1,2012 to October 30,2016 in obstetrical department of our hospital were selected.The subjects were divided into conventional group and non-invasive group according to the anodyne labormethods,30 cases in each group.The pain degree and total stage of labor as well as their evaluation score on the nursing care was observed.ResultsThe remission rate of labor pain for non-invasive group was better than that of conventional group (P＜0.01);the total stage of labor for conventional group was longer than that of non-invasive group(P＜0.01);the evaluation score of pain remission,calming of emotions,communication,education of related knowledge and signs of the conventional group was lower than that of non-invasive group (P＜0.01).ConclusionFinecure instrument is introduced to relieve the labor pain.In addition,its treatment cost is reasonable,without adverse reactions.It isworthy of extensive promotion and application in clinical practice.
