Abstract:ObjectiveTo analysis the quality of qingrekaiyin teabag(Ⅱ).MethodsThe quality of four batches of samples and a group of control sample of qingrekaiyin teabag(Ⅱ)was analyzed by the method of ultraviolet spectroscopy (UV)and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).ResultsUV showed that the maximum deviation of UV absorption peaks were 1.6,1.8 and 0.8 in three kinds of solvents (distilled water,95%ethanol and petroleum ether).The position of themaximum absorption peakswere basically consistent of four batches of samples and the control sample,and there were no significant difference.The infrared spectrum and infrared first derivative spectra were similar in shape of four batches of samples and the control sample.There were 7 common characteristic peaks of infrared spectrum,in 3353 cm-1,2926 cm-1,1632 cm-1,1418 cm-1,1035 cm-1,777 cm-1,613 cm-1respectively.There were 12 common characteristic peaksof infrared firstderivative spectra,in 2926 cm-1,2853 cm-1,1741 cm-1,1514 cm-1,1464 cm-1, 1161 cm-1,1107 cm-1,1081 cm-1,1031 cm-1,991 cm-1,777 cm-1,610 cm-1respectively.ConclusionUV is used to evaluate the quality of the samples accurately,according to absorption degree(A);FTIR can be used to measure out the differences between the composition of the sample.Both methods had strong specificity,good reproducibility,high sensitivity,and can be used to analysis the quality of qingrekaiyin teabag(Ⅱ).
