Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and clinical treatment of uterus scar pregnancy after cesarean section surgery

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and treatment of uterus scar pregnancy after cesarean section operation.Methods The clinical data of 238 patients with uterus scar pregnancy after cesarean section operation treated in the hospital from May 2012 and July 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound images,diagnosis and treatment plans of patients were analyzed.Results Among 238 cases,there were 98 cases of exophytic gestational sac type,128 cases of endogenous gestational sac type and 12 cases of mixed mass type.The patients with exophytic gestational sac type were treated with laparoscopic surgery or laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy surgery.Among patients with endogenous gestational sac type,78 cases underwent bilateral uterine artery embolization,36 cases underwent the combination of bilateral uterine artery embolization and curettage,and 14 cases underwent line bilateral uterine artery embolization combined with MTX.Among 12 patients with mixed mass type,4 cases underwent uterine artery embolization,7 cases underwent uterine artery embolization combined with uterine curettage and 1 case underwent hysterectomy.All patients were followed up for 3 months,all patients who had not been removed from the uterus recovered menstruation.Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has an improtant guidance in the early diagnosis and treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section and should be popularized and applied in clinic.
