ObjectiveTo research and analyze the efficacy of Cimetidine combined Dipyridamole in treating autumn diarrhea in children.Methods94 children with autumn diarrhea treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as research objects and were divided into two groups randomly，the observation group and the control group， each group for 47 cases.Two groups received：conventional treatment， based on which the control group was treated with Dipyridamole and the observation group was treated with Cimetidine combined Dipyridamole,the treatment effect of two groups was evaluated，and the evaluation indicators included the antidiarrheal time，fever clearance time and effective rate.ResultsThe effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，which had statistical significance(P<0.05).The antidiarrheal time and fever clearance time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group，which had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no adverse reactions for two groups.And the blood and urine routine and the liver and kidney function examination has no evident exception.ConclusionCimetidine combined Dipyridamole with treating autumn diarrhea in children not only has ideal efficacy，but also can effectively improve the treatment rate， and has higher clinical application value， which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
