Abstract:Objective To observe the application effect of individualized nursing combined with the concept of rapid rehabilitation in patients undergoing limb fracture surgery. Methods A total of 90 patients from May 2018 to May 2019 in our hospital who underwent surgical treatment of limb fractures with stage Ⅰincision and reduction and internal fixation were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, the observation group was given personalized nursing combined with the concept of rapid rehabilitation. The differences in fracture healing time, total complications, and total nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The fracture healing time in the observation group was(5.34±1.02) weeks, shorter than that in the control group for (7.85±1.26) weeks (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.44%, lower than that in the control group for 20.00%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 95.56%, higher than that of the control group of 75.56%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation can shorten the time of fracture healing, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of nursing. It is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
