Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with hemodialysis (HD).Methods A total of 100 HD patients treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as research subjects. They were divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50) by random number table method.Conventional nursing was adopted in the control group, and comprehensive nursing was used in the observation group. The self-care ability score, compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of self-care ability such as HD knowledge, attitude towards HD and self-care skills in the observation group were higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The compliance and quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients receiving HD,comprehensive nursing can better improve their self-care ability compared with the conventional nursing, and it also can improve their medication compliance and quality of life, which is worthy of promotion and application.
