Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of auricular point pressing on maternal blood pressure and psychological mood in preeclampsia. Methods A total of 125 hospitalized patients who gave birth in Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group (62 cases) and study group (63 cases) based on maternal willingness. The control group received conventional drug decompression therapy, the study group was treated with auricular point pressing. Blood pressure, efficacy,Edinburgh postpartum depression scale and follow-up were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the maternal systolic blood pressure and diastolic depression in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups (P>0.05). The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Edinburgh postpartum depression scale between the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the Edinburgh postpartum depression scale score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the Edinburgh postpartum depression scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The proportion of good treatment compliance in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The proportion of postpartum emotional anxiety in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The rates of normal blood pressure, negative urinary protein and normal liver and kidney function in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of ear point sticking on postpartum hypertension of preeclampsia is significant, which can reduce the use of postpartum antihypertensive drugs and improve the state of maternal anxiety.
