Abstract:Low back pain (LBP) is a significant health problem.Nonspecific LBP refers to pain that occurs between the first lumbar spine and the coccyx in the absence of a specific systemic disease.LBP will affect nursing students′quality of life, employment rate and career quality, and bring a burden to society. This paper summarizes the commonly used LBP measurement tools (Nordic low back pain questionnaire, skeletal muscle questionnaire, etc.), and comprehensively expounds the influencing factors of LBP of nursing students in colleges and universities from the aspects of general demography, lifestyle and occupation factors, physiology and psychology.Found a student nurse, age, gender, family history of LBP, smoking history, history of sedentary, often riding and walking, being rational pressure (such as a long time to bend over, lift, carry, push, pull, etc.), obesity, poor self-reported health, poor quality of sleep, back muscle endurance, height, anxiety, depression, stress and pain of belief are the influence factors of LBP.Summarizes the treatment of LBP (drug therapy, physical therapy, electrotherapy, treatment, orthoses, associated with traumatic injection treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, the environment changes, cognitive intervention, intervention, position), and finally puts forward the existing studies have limitations, in the hope of providing theoretical basis for further broadening the research of this field.
