Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of one-piece bag in wound leakage after hepatobiliary surgery. Methods A total of 110 patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from June 2019 to June 2020 after hepatobiliary surgery were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group(55 cases)and the study group(55 cases). The control group received conventional wound leakage care, and the study group received one-piece bag.The incidence of peripheral skin irritant dermatitis, satisfaction rate, comfort score, pocket changing frequency, dressing changing time and drainage opening closing time were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of peripheral skin irritant dermatitis in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, pocket changing frequency of the study group was more than that of the control group, dressing changing time and drainage closure time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of one-piece pocket in the nursing of wound leakage of patients after hepatobiliary surgery, avoids the occurrence of adverse reactions, improves the comfort and satisfaction of patients, and is conducive to the early recovery of patients. It is worth clinical popularizing.
