Abstract:Objective To study the effect of shoulder delivery and traditional shoulder delivery on natural delivery of newborns.Methods The clinical data of 150 parturients who gave birth naturally from January to June 2019 in Chunliu District of Dalian Women and Children Medical Center(Group)were retrospectively analyzed.According to the way of shoulder delivery,they were divided into study group (n=75)and control group (n=75).The control group adopted the traditional shoulder delivery method,and the study group adopted the uterine contraction stage delivery method.The neonatal asphyxia of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of neonatal labor injury and complications of two groups were counted.Results The incidence of neonatal birth injury in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of neonatal complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional methods of shoulder delivery,shoulder delivery during uterine contraction is helpful to reduce neonatal asphyxia and the incidences of labor injury and related complications,it has strong research value and clinical value.
