Abstract:Objective To study the application effect and safety of infusion wet compress in the nursing of postpartum hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 168 patients from June 2019 to March 2020 of postpartum hemorrhoids puerpera admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(84 cases)and the experimental group(84 cases).The control group was used 50% magnesium sulfate solution,the experimental group was used wet apply nursing methods.The maximum diameter of hemorrhoids was compared between the two groups,the degree of hemorrhoid edema and pain was evaluated,the occurrence of adverse reactions was observed,and the satisfaction of the nursing methods was investigated.Results After intervention,the diameter of hemorrhoids in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the degree of hemorrhoid edema and pain were lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious perianal skin itching,rash and other adverse reactions in the two groups.The total satisfaction of nursing methods in the experimental group was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(90.48%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of infusion wet compress in postpartum hemorrhoid nursing can effectively improve hemorrhoid edema subsidence effect,relieve pain,and simple operation,to improve the efficiency of nursing work,good safety,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
