Objective To compare the effect of vitreous injection of Ranibizumab and Conbercept in the treatment of macular edema. Methods A total of 128 patients with macular edema admitted to the ophthalmology department of Heyuan People′s Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the observation group(64 cases)and the control group(64 cases)by drawing lots. The observation group was treated with vitreous injection of Ranibizumab, while the control group was treated with vitreous injection of Conbercept. The macular fovea retinal thickness, the total incidence of complications, the total effective rate of treatment and the visual acuity of two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the thickness of macular fovea between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups at different time points(P>0.05).Conclusion The vitreous injection of Ranibizumab in the treatment of macular edema has the same effect as the treatment of Conbercept, with better curative effect and fewer complications, which can be selected according to the actual condition of the patient.
