Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of predictive nursing in urology. Methods A total of 80 cases of urological patients admitted to the Guangxin District People′s Hospital of Shangrao City,Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as research objects and divided into the experimental group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)according to the segmented randomization method.Conventional nursing methods were used in the control group, and predictive nursing methods were used in the experimental group.Anal exhaust time, bowel sound recovery time, hospital stay time, complications, nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The time of anal exhaust, bowel sound recovery and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).The total complication of the experimental group was 5.00%,which was lower than that of the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive nursing intervention in urology can better control the occurrence of complications in patients, shorten the recovery time, and patient satisfaction is higher, which is of great significance.
