Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of whole course nursing mode on patients undergoing painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy.Methods A total of 80 patients with painless gastrointestinal examination in the First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou City in Jiangxi Province from May 2018 to October 2020 were selected for prospective study.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing mode,while the observation group was treated with whole course nursing mode.Blood pressure,heart rate and self rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of the two groups were compared,the effect of whole course nursing mode on patients undergoing painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy by analyzing the related indexes such as SAS,self rating depression scale(SDS),anesthetic dosage,operation time and respiratory depression was analyzed.Results The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the dosage of narcotic drugs was less than that of the control group,and the incidence of respiratory depression was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole course nursing mode intervention in patients with painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy can improve the negative emotions of patients,reduce the psychological tension of patients,relieve the increase of blood pressure and heart rate induced by psychological factors,and improve the degree of cooperation of patients.At the same time,it has a positive effect on reducing the amount of narcotic drugs and reducing the incidence of respiratory depression.
