综合性护理干预在机械取栓联合大剂量阿托伐他汀治疗急性大血管闭塞脑梗死患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨综合性护理干预对机械取栓联合大剂量阿托伐他汀治疗急性大血管闭塞（LVO）脑梗死的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年12月广东省揭阳市人民医院收治的80 例LVO 脑梗死患者作为研究对象，按照护理模式的不同分为对照组（40 例）与观察组（40 例）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合性护理。比较两组的护理满意度、情绪状况、神经功能、血脂水平、预后情况。结果观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理前两组的情绪状况评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后观察组的情绪状况评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理前两组的神经功能比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后观察组的神经功能评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的血脂水平低于对照组，观察组的不良预后总发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对进行机械取栓联合大剂量阿托伐他汀治疗LVO脑梗死患者实施综合性护理干预可有效强化患者的治疗效果，改善预后情况，缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on mechanical thrombectomy combined with high-dose Atorvastatin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with large vessel occlusion（LVO）. Methods From June 2018 to December 2020，80 patients with LVO cerebral infarction in Jieyang People′s Hospital were selected as the research objects，and they were divided into the control group (40 cases） and the observation group (40 cases) according to the nursing mode. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. Nursing satisfaction，emotional status，neurological function，blood lipid level and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Before nursing，there was no significant difference in the score of emotional status between the two groups (P＞0.05). After nursing，the score of emotional status in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05）. There was no significant difference in neurological function between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05)，but the neurological function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after nursing，the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The blood lipid level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group，the total incidence of adverse prognosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with LVO cerebral infarction treated by mechanical embolectomy combined with high-dose Atorvastatin can effectively strengthen the treatment effect of patients，improve the prognosis，and alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients，which is worthy of clinical application.
