Abstract:Objective To explore petrochemical female worker′s occupational health status and influence factors. Methods A total of 1085 female workers from a petrochemical company in Guangzhou from July to October 2017 were selected as the research subjects by using the judgment sampling method. According to GBZ 188-2014 Technical Specification for Occupational Health Monitoring, the occupational history, past history and self-conscious symptoms of the research objects were inquired, and their white blood cell count (WBC),red blood cell count (RBC),hemoglobin, platelet (PLT) and the serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT),cervical cancer early screening two items, electrocardiogram and blood pressure were detected. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of occupational health. Results A total of 1085 questionnaires were distributed in this study, and 1000 valid questionnaires were collected, the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 92.17%. Among 1000 female workers in petrochemical company,251 subjects were in abnormal health status, accounted for 25.10%. The top three abnormal items were blood pressure (25.90%),decreased WBC (14.74%) and decreased PLT (12.75%). The single factor results showed that the occupational health status of female workers in petrochemical company was not related to marriage, family income, education level, positive and negative life events (P>0.05),but related to age,bad living habits, overtime, shift, workload, mobility, occupational contact and length of service (P<0.05). The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that Age,bad living habits, overtime, shift, workload, mobility, occupational contact, length of service are the influencing factors of occupational health status of female workers in petrochemical company (P<0.05). Conclusion The female workers in petrochemical companies have general physical conditions,long-term exposure to low-concentration gasoline and low-concentration ammonia may be associated with abnormal blood,PLT and liver function, and there are many influencing factors. Effective measures should be taken to improve the health of the female workers in petrochemical companies.
