Abstract:Objective To explore the application of mobile phone WeChat in the observation of results of tuberculin test (PPD) in outpatients.Methods A total of 800 patients undergoing the PPD test admitted to Jiangxi Thoracic Hospital from July to December 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group(400 cases) and the observation group (400 cases) according to the method of dynamic randomization.The control group was given the conventional method to receive the observation results, and the observation group was given the mobile phone WeChat to receive the observation results.The compliance, satisfaction and mental state of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The anxiety,fear, tension, insomnia and memory or attention deficit score after intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of mobile phone WeChat in the observation results of outpatients after PPD test is significant, it can not only improve the compliance of patients with receiving results, but also improve the satisfaction level of outpatient services, greatly improve the psychology and emotions of patients, and which have higher application value and promotion value.
