Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of intermittent far infrared irradiation on the maturation of newly established autogenous arteriovenous internal fistula. Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,a total of 56 patients in Yingtan People′s Hospital with end-stage kidney disease as were seleced as the research object, they were divided into observation group(28 cases)and control group(28 cases)according to the single and double number number. The control group received routine functional exercise at 1 week after the operation of the arteriovenous fistula, and the observation group combined the intervention of far-infrared irradiation of the arteriovenous fistula. The blood flow of the brachial artery, the internal diameter of the anastomosis, the internal diameter of the cephalic vein, the internal diameter of the radial artery, the first use time of the autogenous arteriovenous fistula, and the complications of the two groups during dialysis were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the blood flow of the operative side of the brachial artery was higher than that of the control group, the internal diameter of the anastomotic stoma, the internal diameter of the posterior vein and the internal diameter of the radial artery were longer than that of the control group, and the first use time of autologous arteriovenous fistula was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total complication rate of patients with end-stage renal disease in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion After the establishment of autologous ARTER iovenous internal fistula in patients with end-stage renal disease, intermittent far infrared irradiation intervention can shorten the maturation time of internal fistula and reduce the incidence of complications such as stenosis, which is of great significance.
