Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of hospital information outpatients management.Methods A total of 178 patients in the outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group (89 cases) and observation group (89 cases).The registration time, waiting time, negative emotion and total satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The registration time and queuing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the scores of self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self rating depression scale (SDS) were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 96.63%, which was higher than 88.76% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital information management can shorten the waiting time of outpatients, alleviate anxiety, depression and other adverse emotions, and improve medical satisfaction.
