Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of auditory hypersensitivity training combined with Mouse Nerve Growth Factor(mNGF)on autistic children. Methods A total of 201 children with autism admitted to Zhongshan People′s Hospital in Guangdong Province from June 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group(98 cases)and an observation group(98 cases)by the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with mNGF injection, and patients in the observation group were treated with mNGF combined with auditory hypersensitivity training. Before intervention and 8 weeks after intervention, the two groups were compared of the scores of the autism behavior checklist(ABC),childhood autism rating scale(CARS)and autism rating scale.Single factor analysis was used to analyze the effect of intervention on children with autism in the observation group. The difference of total autism score before and after intervention was taken as the dependent variable, and gender, only child or not,and place of residence were taken as the independent variables for multi-factor regression analysis. Results The ABC scores and the CARS scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, with statistical significances(P<0.05).The ABC score and the CARS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention, with statistical significances(P<0.05).The autism scores of each item in both groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, with statistical significances(P<0.05).The autism scores of each item of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after intervention, with statistical significances(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in total autism score difference before and after intervention among children of different genders, only children or not,and children of different places of residence in the observation group (P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that place of residence and only child affected the intervention effect of autistic children in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion mNGF combined with auditory hypersensitivity training can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and various abilities of children with autism, and effect of mNGF combined with auditory hypersensitivity training of children with autism was also influenced by the place of residence and the only child or not affect the intervention effect.
