Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of process reengineering in the management of precision surgical instruments. Methods A total of 5680 precision surgical instruments processed by Jiangxi Provincial People′s Hospital from July to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group(from July to September 2020,2832 cases)and the observation group(from October to December 2020,2848 cases). The precision surgical instruments in the control group were processed according to the ordinary operating procedures. The precision surgical instruments in the observation group were optimized in the operating procedures of the control group, and the entire process of precision surgical instruments from use, recycling to distribution was refined. The processing steps of two groups were the same. The qualified rate, damage rate and clinical department satisfaction of precision surgical instruments were compared between the two groups. Results The qualified rate of precision surgical instruments cleaning in the observation group(98.38%)was higher than that in the control group(92.02%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The device damage rate in the observation group(0.53%)was lower than that in the control group(1.31%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical department satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the remanufacturing process of precision surgical instruments can improve the quality of precision surgical instruments reprocessing, reduce the rate of instrument damage, improve the satisfaction of the use of the department, and ensure safety of patients.
