Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Jianpi Huayu Decoction in adjuvant treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with advanced pancreas who were admitted to the Department of Oncology,Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group(60 cases)and an observation group(60 cases).The control group was treated with chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,serum tumor marker levels,and the incidence of grade Ⅲ/Ⅳadverse reactions during the treatment period were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the objective response rate(ORR)and disease control rate(DCR)between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the serum carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 199(CA19-9)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CEA and CA19-9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment the incidence of grade Ⅲ/Ⅳneutropenia,nausea and vomiting,and skin rash in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi Huayu Decoction in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer is helpful to reduce the level of serum tumor markers and reduce serious adverse reactions.
