Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ma′s warm moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 40 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type in Mentougou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.Patients in both groups began treatment one week before the onset of menstruation.Patients in the control group were treated with moxibustion box and moxibustion to baliao,and patients in the observation group were treated with Ma′s warm moxibustion,once a day,for 7 days consecutively for each menstrual cycle,for a total of three menstrual cycles.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 times of treatment,VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ma′s warm moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type is reliable,the cure rate is higher,which is worthy of promotion.
