Abstract：Objective To compare the anesthetic effect of Alfentanil or Sufentanil combined with Propofol in endoscopic therapy.Methods A total of 120 patients with gastric polyp treated with painless high-frequency electrocoagulation and electroresection under gastroscope in the Endoscope Center of People′s Hospital of Panjin City from May 2020 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.In the control group,0.1 μg/kg of Sufentanil with 2 mg/kg of Propofol were injected intravenously and 6 mg/(kg·h)of Propofol was maintained.In the experimental group,6 μg/kg of Alfentanil with 2 mg/kg of Propofol were injected intravenously and 3 mg/(kg·h)of Propofol with 7 μg/(kg·h)of Alfentanil were maintained.In both groups,the gastroscope entered the mouth after the eyelash reflex disappeared.Pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2),heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),endoscopic treatment time,recovery time,muscle strength recovery time,total dose of propofol,pain numerical rating scale(NRS)score,incidence of nausea,vomiting,body motion,cough and respiratory depression were compared between the two groups at different time points.Results MAP and HR at T2 and T3 time points in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and SpO2 at T2 time point was higher than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).MAP,HR and SpO2 at T2,T3 and T4 were all lower than those at T1,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time and muscle strength recovery time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the total dose of propofol was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of respiratory depression in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Synchronous intravenous pump injection of Alfentanil and Propofol in the gastroscope treatment can not only reduce the dosage of Propofol and shorten the recovery time of anesthesia,but also maintain circulation stability and reduce the occurrence of respiratory depression.
