Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic sacral ligament suspension with pelvic defects. Methods A total of 80 patients with middle pelvic defects from September 2018 to August 2020 in the Department of Gynaecology of Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was received laparoscopic sacral ligament suspension, the control group was received unilateral sacrospinous ligament fixation. The changes of pelvic floor muscle electrophysiology index 3 months after operation, the score of pelvic floor distress inventory short form 20(PFDI-20)before operation,at discharge after operation, and 3 months after operation,as well as the changes of urinary flow dynamics indexes 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of operation, the voltage level of pelvic floor muscle in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the muscle strength of pelvic floor muscle type Ⅰand pelvic floor muscle type Ⅱfibers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge and 3 months after operation, the PFDI-20 score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Three months after operation, the maximum urine flow and the maximum detrusor pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic high suspension of sacral ligament can significantly improve pelvic floor muscle tension and improve clinical symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction and improve urinary system function.
