Objective To study and analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with acute stroke and myocardial injury. Methods Clinical data of 106 patients with acute stroke admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Baiyun Hospital Affiliated to Guizhou Medical University from May 2017 to May 2019 were analyzed retrospectively, and divided into the acute stroke group and the acute stroke combined with myocardial injury group according to the type of disease, with 53 cases in each group.Examined the patients by routine electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme spectroscopy, and the results of the evaluation were compared and analyzed based on the symptoms. Results The total diagnosis rate of abnormal in the acute stroke combined with myocardial injury group was higher than that in the acute stroke group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)index results between the two groups(P>0.05).The aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatine phosphokinase(CK)and creatine kinase isoenzymes(CK-MB)indexes of patients in the acute stroke combined with myocardial injury group were higher than those in the acute stroke group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical characteristics of patients with acute stroke and myocardial injury are negative, conduction abnormality, and elevated myocardial enzyme spectrum, which can provide scientific basis for later treatment and prognosis.
