Abstract：Party building is an important part of the work in public hospitals,and its status and role are self-evident.Currently,each public hospital is also actively carrying out the work of party building,but the actual role of the party building has not been fully highlighted in professional work.In the integration of party building and professional work,some urgent problems still inevitably emerge.This study first analyzed the current problems in the party building in public hospitals,further clarified the necessity of the integration of party building and professional work in public hospitals,and finally put forward some practical strategies for deepening the integration of party building and professional work in public hospitals.The purpose is to offer some reference and help for the party workers in hospitals.
