Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Atropine Sulfate Eye Drops on visual sensitivity and stereoscopic function in teenage patients with refractive errors. Methods A total of 88 adolescent patients(126 eyes)with refractive errors admitted to Dalian Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number method, they were divided into the control group with 44 cases(62 eyes)and the observation group with 44 cases(64 eyes). The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic, and the observation group was treated with Atropine Sulfate Eye Drops. The visual acuity, stereoscopic function, diopter, intraocular pressure and axial length were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the visual contrast sevsitivity, diopter and intraocular pressure of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, the axial length was longer than that of the control group, correction amplitude and correction separation range were larger than those in the control group, and the corrected acute stereoscopic angle was smaller than that in the control group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atropine Sulfate Eye Drops can significantly improve the visual sensitivity and stereoscopic function of adolescent patients with refractive errors, and can control the refractive power, intraocular pressure and axial length of patients with refractive errors, which is worthy of popularization and application.
