Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of quality control circle combined with problem-based learning(PBL) mode in nurse teaching of Neurology Department. Methods A total of 50 cases of neurology nursing intern students from Mindong Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from September to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the nursing students were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode, and the observation group was given the quality control circle combined with PBL. Assessment of performance,comprehensive ability and satisfaction with nursing measures were compared between the two groups. Results The results of basic theoretical knowledge, nursing skills, operation ability and self-ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of participation,problem-solving ability, communication and coordination, teamwork spirit and activity confidence in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of quality control circle combined with PBL teaching mode in the teaching of neurology nurses can improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students and help improve the quality of teaching.
