Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Trastuzumab targeting in the treatment of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to Anshan Cancer Hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)using computers.The control group was only treated with conventional chemotherapy,while the observation group was treated with Trastuzumab targeting treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,adverse drug reactions and the total incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Trastuzumab targeted treatment of breast cancer patients has significant effect,can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce the occurrence of complications,and less adverse drug reactions,high safety,it is worthy of promotion and application.
