全程护理在降低重症心力衰竭患者医疗护理风险中的应用

摘要目的观察全程护理在降低重症心力衰竭（SHF）患者医疗护理风险中的应用效果。方法选取2017年12月～2019年12月在广东省普宁华侨医院治疗的120 例SHF 患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，每组各60 例。对照组给予一般护理干预，试验组给予全程护理干预。比较两组的护理满意度、护理前后心功能指标及风险事件发生率。结果试验组护理后的总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组护理后的左室射血分数（LVEF）值高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组护理后的左室收缩末期内径（LVESD）、左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）及尿钠肽（BNP）值低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组护理后的风险事件总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对SHF 患者实施全程护理，能显著降低医疗护理风险，提高护理满意度，改善患者心功能指标，值得推广使用。

Abstract：Objective To observe the application effect of whole course nursing in reducing the risk of medical care of patients with severe heart failure (SHF).Methods From December 2017 to December 2019, 120 patients with SHF who were treated in Puning Overseas Chinese Hospital, Guangdong Province were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method, 60 cases in each group.General nursing intervention was given to the control group, and the whole process nursing intervention was given to the experimental group.The nursing satisfaction, the improvement of cardiac function index before and after nursing and the incidence of risk events were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction of the experimental group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) value of the experimental group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and urinary natriuretic peptide (BNP) value of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of risk events after nursing in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The whole course nursing for the patients with SHF can significantly reduce the risk of medical care, improve the satisfaction of nursing and improve the indexes of patients′ heart function,which is worth popularizing.
