Objective To investigate the effect of Huayu Ruanjian Decoction combined with Entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Methods Eighty-four patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Entecavir,the experimental group was given Huayu Ruanjian Decoction combined with Entecavir.The improvement of liver function and liver fibrosis in the two groups before and after treatmentwere observed,and the safety of clinical treatmentwas evaluated.Results The levels of aspartate amino transferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),total bilirubin(TBil)in the experimental group were(47.89±22.62),(44.23±14.80),(71.25±26.15)U/L,(41.07±6.51)μmol/L,whichwere lower than thoseof the controlgroup for(72.34±26.27),(57.12±18.19),(90.74±29.48)U/L,(49.12±7.86)μmol/L,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of typeⅢprocollagen(PCⅢ),typeⅣcollagen(Ⅳ-C),laminin(LN),hyaluronidase(HA)in the experimental group were(94.75±12.02),(75.60±8.93),(91.43±10.84),(83.34±9.36)μg/L,which were lower than those of the control group for(107.49±15.84),(89.26±9.35),(115.72±11.09),(95.53±11.87)μg/L,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Huayu Ruanjian Decoction combined with Entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis has a significant effect,high safety,can improve liver function and inhibit liver fibrosis.
