Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided Maimotong minimally invasive resection in the treatment of benign breast tumors. Methods Eighty female benign breast tumor patients treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into observation group(40 cases) and control group (40 cases) according to the different surgical methods. The control group underwent conventional breast tumor resection, and the observation group underwent ultrasound-guided Maimerton resection. The anxiety selfassessment scale (SAS) and depression self-assessment scale (SDS) scores before and after surgery, surgical indicators, visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, total incidence of complications, wound healing time, and shoulder function were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, the length of the surgical scar was shorter than that in the control group, the VAS score was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The wound healing time, shoulder joint lifting and weight lifting recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided Maimerton minimally invasive surgery for patients with benign breast tumors can effectively improve the patients′ anxiety and depression, shorten the operation time, wound healing time, shoulder joint lifting and lifting weight recovery time, and surgical scar length, reduce the amount of bleeding, relieve the pain of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, it is worth clinical promotion and application.
