Abstract:[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Vitamin D combined with Drospirone Ethinylestradiol Tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 98 patients with PCOS admitted in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group,49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Drospirone Ethinylestradiol Tablets, while the research group was treated with Vitamin D on the basis of the control group. The hormone levels and glucose and lipid metabolism indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The levels of serum luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and fasting insulin in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum follicle-forming hormone(FSH)in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum LH,T,LDL-C and fasting insulin in the research group were higher than those in the control group after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum FSH in the research group was lower than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D combined with Drospirone Ethinylestradiol Tablets in the treatment of PCOS patients is more conducive to the improvement of hormone levels, the improvement of glucose and lipid metabolism, and the improvement of therapeutic effect.
