Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Qilin Pills combined with Levocarnitine Oral Liquid treating oligospermia and asthenospermia. Methods A total of 100 patients of oligoasthenospermia who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to March 2019 were selected. According to the principle of random control, the patients were divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Levocarnitine Oral Liquid. The observation group was treated Levocarnitine Oral Liquid combined with Qilin Pills. The curative effect, sex hormone level and semen quality were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05); the levels of testosterone (T), estrogen (E2), follicle estrogen (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05); the sperm concentration, sperm survival rate, A-level sperm activity, and the level of FSH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05), the activity of A+B sperm was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Qilin Pills combined with Levocarnitine Oral Liquid is effective in the treatment of oligospermia and asthenospermia, which can effectively improve the level of sexual hormone and semen quality.
