盐酸美金刚联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病患者精神行为症状的临床效果

摘要目的探讨盐酸美金刚联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病患者精神行为症状的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月～2019年7月沈阳市红十字会医院收治的70 例阿尔茨海默病患者作为研究对象，依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组35 例。对照组采用盐酸美金刚治疗，观察组实施盐酸美金刚与盐酸多奈哌齐联合用药方案治疗，比较两组的精神行为症状、临床总有效率、不良反应总发生率。结果观察组的精神行为症状轻于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组的不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论在阿尔茨海默病患者采用盐酸美金刚治疗的过程中，联合盐酸多奈哌齐药物不仅可以改善精神行为症状，还可提高治疗效果，且不会增加不良反应，故用药安全性较高，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of Memantine Hydrochloride and Donepezil Hydrochloride in the treatment of psychobehavioral symptoms in patients with Alzheimer′s disease. Methods A total of 70 patients with Alzheimer′s disease admitted to Shenyang Red Cross Hospital from January 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of random number table, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Memantine Hydrochloride, and the observation group was treated with the combination of Memantine Hydrochloride and Donepezil Hydrochloride. The psychobehavioral symptoms, the total clinical effective rate and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The psychobehavioral symptoms of the observation group were lighter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The combination of Memantine Hydrochloride and Donepezil Hydrochloride has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of psychobehavioral symptoms in patients with Alzheimer′s disease. It can not only improve the psychobehavioral symptoms, but also improve the treatment effect, and will not increase the adverse reactions. Therefore, the drug safety is high, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
